Why I named this blog Do Dogs Have Belly Buttons?

Over the years my husband and I have kept record of what we call Roseisms - funny expressions, questions and observations our 5 year old daughter Rose has come up with.   We read through some of them to get an idea for our blog name, and that question made us both laugh and smile.

Some other possible contenders were:

Cinderella Cheese (Mozzerella Cheese)

Little Bo Peek (Little Bo Peep)

Unihorse (Unicorn)

I'm licking your leg (I'm kicking your leg)

Can you speak squirrel mom?

Fruit snacks in the poo pot (Winnie the Pooh cookie jar)

Now I need to go google to learn if dogs have belly buttons.   I told her to go ask her dad, but it turns out he doesn't know.
